Join Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and play an important role supporting our Allied and Community Health teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administration professional to contribute to quality healthcare services that make a real difference to the East Gippsland community.
The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 56.0 hours per fortnight
The Position:
You will provide high-quality administrative support to the Allied Health and Community Nursing Team leadership team ensuring efficient, customer focused processes are in place to support excellent delivery or health care services.
This varied, flexible and rewarding role includes:
- Coordinating meetings, agendas and minute-taking
- Managing appointments, referrals and patient information systems
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Maintaining databases and monitoring compliance requirements
- Supporting audits and reporting activity
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
- Minimum three years' experience in an administration and/or customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred manner
- Excellent organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise
- A competent user of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
