About the role
Join our dynamic Emergency Department team in a role that is as rewarding as it is fast-paced. As an Administration Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting patient flow and ensuring accurate data management in a busy 24/7 clinical environment.
You’ll engage with patients, families and clinical staff with professionalism and compassion, while bringing efficiency, adaptability and resilience to a high-pressure setting.
Due to internal promotions, we have multiple vacancies available, offering flexibility in how shifts are allocated—from full-time hours to as few as 2 days per week, depending on the successful applicants.

- Multiple part-time positions available
- Flexible work arrangements (up to full-time or minimum 2 days/week)
- 24/7 rotating roster
- Shifts include 07:00–15:15,12:00–20:00,15:00–23:15, 23:00–07:15 (includes every second weekend)

Key selection criteria
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, person-centred approach
- Compassionate and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, with ability to learn new systems (e.g. iPM, EMR)
- Reliable, adaptable and able to thrive in a busy 24/7 environment
- Positive team player contributing to a collaborative culture
- Self-motivated and solution-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements
