An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Support Officer to join the Workforce Capability & Development team at BRHS. This newly created role supports the delivery of education and training that underpins high-quality care across our organisation.

 

About the Role

In this varied role, you will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the Workforce Capability & Development team, enabling educators to focus on delivering learning and development programs. You will coordinate training activities and study days, manage calendars and bookings, prepare documentation and reports, maintain accurate records and databases, and support student placements in collaboration with universities and RTOs. The role also contributes to promoting education opportunities and maintaining the organisation’s training calendar, ensuring smooth and effective operations across the team.


About You

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A professional approach with a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Experience in healthcare or education (desirable)
