Join Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) in this fixed-term part-time opportunity within our Procurement team. Working Monday to Friday (7:30am–4:00pm), you will play a key role in ensuring essential supplies are delivered accurately and on time to support high-quality patient care.

The Contract:  Fixed Term, Part Time, 48 hours per fortnight. Contract until 27 June 2027

Regular working days: Wednesday to Friday each week, with some flexibility and opportunity for additional shifts as required.

The Position

In this role, you will support the efficient operation of the Procurement department by receiving, managing and distributing stock across the health service. Your work will help ensure clinical teams have the right supplies at the right time to deliver safe and effective care. This includes receiving, checking and dispatching stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring appropriate stock levels and rotation, and delivering supplies to departments in a timely manner.

What you need:

• Experience in warehousing, stores or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow procedures and use initiative
