This newly created senior role offers a rare opportunity to shape Allied Health capability across BRHS and the broader East Gippsland region. Working across services, universities and statewide programs, the Allied Health Clinical Educator will drive high-quality education pathways for students and early-career clinicians while influencing workforce capability at a system level. Whether you’re already working in clinical education or are a senior clinician ready to step into a strategic education role, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on regional health outcomes.

 

The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 64 hours per fortnight.

Flexible work arrangements, including job share, will be considered for the right candidate.

 

The Role

You’ll lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of Allied Health education programs across BRHS and regional partners.

Key result areas include:

  • Driving high-quality student and graduate experiences
  • Leading clinical supervision and placement frameworks
  • Partnering with universities and regional services
  • Embedding contemporary, evidence-based learning approaches
  • Supporting workforce development and future talent pipelines

 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced Allied Health professional (AHPRA registered)
  • Passionate about education, workforce development and mentoring
  • Confident leading programs, projects or service improvements
  • A strong collaborator who builds partnerships across organisations

 

Formal education qualifications are desirable, but support will be provided to the right candidate to obtain them.
