Bairnsdale Regional Health Service is seeking an experienced Radiographer to lead our CT within a modern and progressive Medical Imaging department.  This leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with the opportunity to drive quality improvement, mentor staff, and contribute to service development, while enjoying an outstanding East Gippsland lifestyle.

The Contract: Grade 4 Ongoing Full-Time | 80-hours per fortnight with ADO, Monday–Sunday roster (plus some On-call requirements)

About the Role:

As the CT Team Leader, you will lead the day-to-day operation of CT services while providing advanced clinical radiography expertise. You will drive quality improvement, accreditation and protocol development initiatives, support and mentor radiographers and students, and contribute to the ongoing growth of Medical Imaging services at BRHS. The role also offers opportunities to work across other imaging modalities, with MRI training available for interested applicants.  This role is ideal for a highly skilled radiographer who thrives in a leadership capacity and enjoys mentoring staff, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to a collaborative, patient‑centred environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• Relevant Medical Imaging qualifications, AHPRA registration and associated professional accreditation.
• Extensive CT experience with a minimum of 7 years' radiography practice and strong skills in General Radiography and Fluoroscopy.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor staff and students, coordinate training and support professional development.
• Advanced technical expertise in CT protocol development, quality assurance, accreditation compliance and RIS/PACS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to quality patient care and teamwork
