Cleaner (Aged Care)

Enjoy flexible part-time hours while making a genuine difference in aged care. As a Cleaner at Maddocks Gardens, you'll help maintain resident rooms, shared spaces and amenities to a high standard, supporting the comfort, safety and wellbeing of residents every day. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment where residents feel at home.

The Contract: Ongoing Part Time | 20 hours per fortnight

About the Role:  

• Clean resident rooms and shared living areas.
• Follow cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Maintain infection control and hygiene practices.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Support a positive experience for residents and visitors.

Skills & Experience:

• Cleaning experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable, flexible and self-motivated approach.
• Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties.
