Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dentist (Level 1–3) to join our friendly and progressive Oral Health Services team in East Gippsland. The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO

The Role

As part of a multidisciplinary public dental service, you will provide a broad range of general and emergency dental care to clients across East Gippsland, in line with Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV) standards and public health principles. You will work in a modern, well‑equipped 6‑chair dental clinic, with opportunities to participate in outreach services including the Smile Squad school dental program. Depending on your level, the role also offers opportunities to support and mentor junior dentists and students, contribute to clinical decision making and service improvement, and play a leadership role with the dental team.

About You

  • Approved qualification as a Dental Practitioner with current AHPRA registration
  • Commitment to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred dental care in a public health setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Interest in professional development, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and supervise students (commensurate with experience)
