ICT Systems Analyst

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking an experienced ICT Systems Analyst to join our ICT team. This ongoing role offers the opportunity to support and enhance core health service systems while contributing to ICT projects and improvements that support high‑quality care across East Gippsland.

The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO

The Role

The ICT Systems Analyst provides technical leadership and end‑user support for BRHS core systems, working across first, second and third level support. The role collaborates with clinical, corporate and ICT stakeholders to analyse requirements, support system enhancements, improve data quality and reporting, and contribute to ICT projects in a complex healthcare environment.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification with 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis or a similar ICT role
• Proven ability to design, support and enhance ICT systems in complex organisational environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience with data analysis and databases
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Highly organised team player with experience managing competing priorities, projects and continuous improvement
