BRHS is seeking experienced Administration Officers to join our Central Intake team, supporting Community Health and Allied Health services.

 

We have two ongoing part-time roles available:

 

  • Community Health Intake & Administration (approx. 48 hours/fortnight)
  • Roving Administration Support (approx. 64 hours/fortnight)

 

Hours may be negotiated (including job share) depending on candidate availability. Please specify your preferred hours in your application. 

 

About the Role

Join a busy and supportive team providing high quality, person centred administrative support across a range of community health programs. You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing referrals, appointments, data entry, and accurate record keeping to support efficient team operations.

 

The intake role focuses on coordinating client access to services, ensuring timely and appropriate connections to care, while the roving role offers variety and flexibility by supporting multiple teams.

 

About You

  • 3+ years administration/customer service experience (healthcare desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, compassionate, person-centred approach
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • High level data accuracy and Microsoft Office capability
  • A flexible, solutions focused mindset with strong attention to detail
