An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced administration professional to join our Central Intake team at the BRHS CBD Campus. This role plays a key part in supporting clients to access the right service at the right time, ensuring they achieve the best possible health outcomes.
The Contract: Ongoing part time position, 48.0 hours per fortnight. Monday to Friday position, current shift times are 8.00am-4.30pm.
The Position:
Central Intake provides coordination and administrative support across the BRHS Health Independence Program and a range of community and home‑based services. You will be responsible for completing initial needs assessments, managing referrals, and ensuring clients are connected with appropriate services to support safe care at home or smooth transition from hospital to home.

Key criteria required:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in administration and customer service, with accuracy in high volume client interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver person-centred support
- Ability to priortise, organise, and follow defined procedures, ensuring accurate data and appointment management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a willingness to learn new healthcare systems
- Experience in healthcare administration or a background in direct client care (preferred)
