Bairnsdale Regional Health Service (BRHS) is seeking a motivated and people-focused Oral Health Therapist to join our friendly and progressive Oral Health Services team in East Gippsland.
We offer flexibility to support work–life balance, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established public dental service, delivering high-quality, community-focused care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Contract: Ongoing, Full Time, 80 hours per fortnight.

The Role
As an Oral Health Therapist at BRHS, you will provide a broad range of clinical services within the scope of publicly funded dental programs, working under the direction of a Senior Dentist and the Oral Health Manager. You will work in a modern, well‑equipped 6‑chair dental clinic, and participate in outreach services, including delivery of the Smile Squad school dental program across East Gippsland. The role offers variety, professional autonomy within scope, and the chance to make a genuine difference to community oral health outcomes.

About You
You are a compassionate and capable clinician who values teamwork and quality care. You will bring:
- An approved qualification as an Oral Health/Dental Therapist with current AHPRA registration
- Sound clinical knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families and colleagues
- An understanding of, and commitment to, public oral health principles
- Experience in outreach or school dental programs (desirable but not essential)
