Looking for a role that fits around your life? Join our supportive Pharmacy team at BRHS in a part-time Pharmacy Technician position designed with flexibility in mind—perfect for those seeking work during school hours.

 

The Contract: Ongoing Part Time, 31 hours per fortnight. 

Shift times are 9.00am-3.00 pm, 3 days per week, with some flexibility around start and finish times. Depending on your experience, you may join a 1 in 6 weekend roster. If you’re new to the role, full training will be provided, with weekend shifts introduced once you’re confident in the role.

 

The Role

As Pharmacy Technician, you’ll support our pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmacy services to hospital wards, patients, and external services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with medication supply to wards and patients
  • Support pharmacy stock management, imprest ordering and stock rotation
  • Receive, unpack and manage deliveries
  • Prepare orders for internal and external distribution
  • Contribute to safe and efficient dispensing processes

About You:

  • Certificate III or IV in Health Support Services (Hospital Pharmacy Technician), or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years’ Pharmacy experience (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
