Bairnsdale Regional Health Service is seeking an experienced Grade Two Podiatrist to join our friendly and growing Allied Health team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across community and inpatient settings in a role that offers clinical variety, professional development and true work–life balance. The Contract: Fixed Term, Part Time or Full Time until December 2027

The Position:

In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, client‑centred Podiatry services to both outpatients and inpatients, with a strong focus on managing clients at risk of complex foot conditions related to underlying medical issues. Working alongside another senior podiatrist, you will support clients to maintain independence and safety within the community while also providing acute inpatient care.

Working within a small, supportive team, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to service development, participate in organisation‑wide projects and help shape future Allied Health initiatives. With a strong emphasis on professional development, this role offers excellent scope to further build your clinical expertise and leadership capability.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a hospital and/or community setting
  • Strong clinical skills in wound management, biomechanics and high‑risk foot care
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage a varied caseload and deliver person‑centred care.
