An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Radiographer to join our Medical Imaging team. The Contract: Full-Time, 80-hour fortnight with ADO, 7-day rolling roster
The position:
This role offers the opportunity to work in a progressive and dynamic department boasting the latest state-of-the-art medical imaging equipment. As a Grade 2 or 3 Radiographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality imaging services to hospital inpatients, outpatients and referring practitioners. As a member of this skilled and professional team, you will also have the chance to consolidate leadership skills at the Grade 3 level. You will also be encouraged and supported to participate in continuous professional development programs to further consolidate your skills.
The department:
The BRHS Medical Imaging department offers a comprehensive range of medical imaging services spread across 2 campuses including: MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammography, digital X-ray, BMD and OPG. A full range of interventional and fluoroscopic procedures are undertaken within the department with our service also being complimented by the expertise of visiting Radiologists.

What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant qualifications and registrations: Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Imaging (or equivalent), AHPRA registration, Radiation Use License, ASMIRT accreditation, and current CPD enrolment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with strong knowledge in General and Fluoroscopy Imaging, plus one or more modalities (CT, MRI, Mammography)
- Proven ability to operate a diverse range of imaging equipment, supervise junior staff, and work independently or within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, customer service focus, and proficiency in radiology software and MS Office.
