The Contract: Ongoing, Part Time, 48 hours per fortnight
As a Registered Nurse at Maddock’s Gardens, you will play a key role in providing safe, evidence‑based clinical care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of RNs, ENs, Health Care Workers, Diversional Therapists and Allied Health professionals, contributing to holistic, person‑centred care for residents with diverse and complex needs.
This role is ideal for motivated nursing professionals who value teamwork, continuous improvement and meaningful relationships with residents and their families. You’ll also provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers, supported by our Clinical Coordinator and Aged Care leadership team.

What You Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills focused on the older person desirable
- Ability to supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation requirements and continuous improvement
- Commitment to person-centred care, dignity, respect and positive resident outcomes
