Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Community Mental Health site in Sale on a part time basis of 64 hours per fortnight.

 

The position of Administration Officer requires the successful applicant to work in a busy reception area and effectively coordinate greeting patients, patient appointments, telephone enquiries and day to day office practices. Our Administration Officer loves the difference they can make, every day they come to work.

 

The successful applicant may already have experience in a similar role or could be looking for the next step in their career. Either way, they will be supported through LRH's training processes and a range of staff wellbeing activities.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Good time and work management skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • The ability to communicate proficiently both verbally and written.
