Located in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health's Graduate Nurse Program is a fixed term, part time position for one (1) year. Intake for the Graduate Nurse Program is in January and July of 2026. Positions in the Graduate Nurse Program include: 

 

 

The Mental Health Graduate Program is a supported position, that provides mental and physical health care for patients within an inpatient or community setting, with sites across Gippsland including Traralgon, Sale, Bairnsdale, Warragul and Wonthaggi. The Program is designed to allow new graduate nurses to develop relevant knowledge and skills in risk assessment, mental state assessment, care planning, legislation and knowledge of acute mental health nursing care and practice.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Graduate Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Valid Australian Working Rights
  • Computer Literacy Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  •
