Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking skilled professional for the role of GHA Administration Manager - This position is on a full-time, fixed-term basis until July 2026.  

 

The Project Manager for SuccessFactors will lead the regional implementation of the SuccessFactors solution, focusing on effective communication, seamless adoption, and successful change management. This role involves overseeing the deployment of SuccessFactors modules, supporting the People and Culture teams, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Key responsibilities include project coordination, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, system testing, and risk management.

 

About you

 

Ideal candidates for this role will have the ability to:

 

  • Supervise and assist in the creation of project documentation, which includes plans, risk assessments, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Manage resources efficiently to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with People and Culture team members to guarantee the successful implementation and adoption of the SuccessFactors solution.

 

With proven experience in:

 

  • Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Relevant healthcare-related qualifications or experience within the healthcare sector Experience Essential.
  • Demonstrated project management experience with a solid history of successfully delivering projects within scope, timeframe, and budget.
  • Proficiency in personal computer hardware and Microsoft Office systems, including intermediate skills in relevant software applications.
