Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has Administration Officer (GM Office) position available to join our growing team on a full-time basis, ongoing.
The Administration Officer (GM Office) will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the General Managers across the health service. This role will involve a broad range of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the General Managers' offices. This position plays a vital role in supporting general manager leadership group and ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the General Managers’ offices within the health service.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience of working with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Sound knowledge of general office procedures.
- The ability and confidence to anticipate the needs of the service to ensure an efficient and coordinated working environment.
- Tertiary qualification in Office Administration or similar (desirable).
