Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Administration Officer (PCCG) to join our growing team on a part-time (0.4EFT) fixed term until August 2026.

The role of the Administration Officer (PCCG) is:

• Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to clinicians and management.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
• Manage patient referrals, records, and data in line with organisational procedures.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, reports, and other documentation.
• Support the coordination of Telehealth services and related administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clinicians, community palliative care services and key stakeholders.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience in administration or clerical support, ideally in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• The ability to work independently, use initiative, and adapt to change.
• A compassionate and respectful manner when engaging with patients, families and colleagues.
