The Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) Project Administration Officer is a newly established role dedicated to delivering high-quality administrative support at an executive level across multiple ICT-based projects. Reporting directly to the GHA Program Manager, this role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the GHA Projects Office. 

 

About you

 

Ideal candidates for this role will have experience in:

 

  • Coordinate with Executive members and other secretarial and administrative staff to ensure open lines of communication.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Provide support for the committee by preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring that all actions are completed as required.

 

With proven experience in:

 

  • Projects and/or healthcare environment
  • Creating Canva presentations
  • Using Word 365
  • Using Adobe to manipulate and collate PDF documents
