Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Administration Officer to join our growing team on a part-time (0.4EFT) ongoing basis and casual opportunities available.

 

This role provides essential reception and administrative support across a range of HIP services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and welcoming experience for clients and staff. The role of the Administration Officer is:

  • Deliver professional reception services, responding to client and staff enquires with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate data entry across systems including iPM and Sunrise, and manage correspondence and documentation.
  • Support administrative functions such as filling, banking reconciliation, stock ordering, mail distribution.
  • Prepare letters, agendas, and minutes from dictation and distribute in a timely manner.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and handover.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services within Allied Health and HIP.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Experience in reception and administrative support within healthcare or service organisation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to person-centred, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • High level of integrity, adaptability, respect in all interactions.
