Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for an Adult and Older Adult Manager – LV CMHS to join our growing team on a full-time, ongoing basis.
About the Role
Are you an experienced mental health professional with strong leadership and clinical expertise? Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking an Adult and Older Adult (AOA) Community Mental Health Services Manager to lead our Latrobe Valley Community Mental Health team.
This pivotal role provides operational and clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred, recovery-focused care for adults and older adults. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary staff, drive quality improvement, manage resources, and foster collaboration across services to achieve excellent outcomes for consumers, carers and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Oversee the operational management of the AOA and Administration teams.
- Ensure compliance with performance targets, budgets and key quality standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

About you
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
- Significant leadership experience in community mental health or a related service.
- Strong operational management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Current Victorian driver’s licence.
