About the role

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for our Tanjil unit. This position is on a permanent, part time basis. 

 

The role of the ANUM is to work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the management, co-ordination and development of the unit, ensuring agreed objectives are met in delivering high quality person-centred care to our consumers.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). 
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable. 
  • Two (2) years acute surgical/medical nursing experience. 
  • Leadership and/or management experience. 
  • Current competency in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Current or previous experience in management roles is desirable.
