Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a ANUM to join our growing team on an ongoing part-time basis.
This is a key leadership opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented mental health care within a community residential environment, working closely with consumers as they transition and build independence.
About the role
As ANUM, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in leading clinical operations and fostering a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused culture. You will:
- Provide clinical leadership within a community residential care setting
- Coordinate care that promotes independence, recovery, and community integration
- Lead staff in delivering non-coercive, trauma-informed care, reducing restrictive practices
- Support staff development, supervision, and performance processes
- Ensure high standards of clinical governance, documentation, and compliance
- Build strong partnerships with consumers, carers, and community services
- Contribute to continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives

About you
You are a skilled mental health nurse with leadership experience and a strong commitment to recovery-oriented practice in community settings. You will bring:
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a post-basic qualification in mental health nursing
- Demonstrated experience in a senior or leadership role
- Strong understanding of community-based mental health care and residential models
- Proven ability to lead, support and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Sound clinical knowledge and commitment to best practice
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
