Latrobe Regional Health currently have a fixed term part time position available for a Clerical Services Officer to join our busy Clerical Services team within the Chemotherapy unit. This role is part time for 12 months.

 

The role of the Clerical Services Officer is to provide ward clerk duties, working within clear objectives including data entry, mail services, switchboard and reception, as part of the department team to support patient-centred care.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience working in a busy environment.
  • Experience working with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent telephone techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and production of accurate work.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment or service organisation is desirable.
