Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has Clerical Services Officer position available to join our growing team on a part-time ongoing basis. Shifts that are available include Monday to Friday 1400hrs - 2230hrs, and Saturday-Sunday 0700hrs to 1530hrs.
The key responsibilities of the Clerical Services Officer you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to Operating Theatre, ensuring accurate data entry, patient record management, and effective communication. You'll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations, greeting patients and visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting admissions and discharges. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering patient-centred care.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Experience working in a fast paced busy environment.
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Suit Products.
- Attention to detail and production of accurate work.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in health care environment or service organisation (desirable).
- A good understanding of the Patient Management System (IPM) (desirable).
- General knowledge of Sunrise and CMI Mental Health (desirable).
- Switchboard experience (desirable).
