Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Data Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team on a part time (0.9EFT) ongoing basis.

 

The Data Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative, data and project coordination support across the Gippsland Private Consulting Suites and associated speciality services. This role supports the delivery of funded programs and service development initiatives through effective project oversight, data management and reporting. Working under direction of the Business Manager, the position plays a key role in supporting growth and sustainability of outpatient services by coordinating administrative resources, analysing performance data and driving continuous improvements.

The role of the Data Administrative Coordinator is to:

  • Coordinate delivery of funded projects and service development initiatives, including monitoring timelines, milestones and outcomes.
  • Manage data collection, integrity and reporting processes, producing activity, performance and KPI reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Analyse service trends and present data insights to management and stakeholders to inform planning and service improvement.
  • Provide administrative leadership by supervising support staff, coordinating workflows and supporting roster planning across service areas.
  • Engage with clinicians, internal departments and external stakeholders to support communication, coordination and service delivery.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, governance and compliance activities, including development of standard operating procedures and audit readiness.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or senior administrative roles.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including reporting systems and Microsoft Office, with strong data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff, coordinate workflows and support operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and problemsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications in business, administration or project management, experience in healthcare settings, and knowledge of public health reporting requirements (desirable).
