Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer, the successful applicant will ensure the achievement of operational, financial and performance goals for the Division whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement to meet business and organisational priorities.

The Divisional Director of Critical Services provides operational and strategic leadership to the Division whilst working in partnership with the LRH Executive and General Managers to ensure the delivery of contemporary multidisciplinary models of care and to oversee improvements in the clinical governance systems to support care provision.

 

About You:

  • MBBS or equivalent essential
  • Fellowship with the relevant medical college
  • Management experience of a clinical service
  • Research qualifications / experience
      • Ability to communicate with patients and their carers with respect and empathy
      • Leadership and Management ability
      • Clinical trial and research experience
      • Demonstrated ability to work with other staff including management, senior and junior medical staff, nursing staff and students in a respectful, supportive and cooperative manner.
