Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a professional, highly organised and customer focused Executive Assistant to join our friendly Executive Support team on an ongoing, part time basis.
Reporting to our Executive Assistant through to the Chief Executive, the primary role of LRH's Executive Assistant (EA) is to provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Directors as required.
Key responsibilities of the EA include but are not limited to the coordination of meetings and diaries, drafting high level correspondence, managing telephone and face to face enquiries, preparation of reports & agendas, minute taking and ensuring quality reception function within the Executive Suite.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Extensive experience providing support to Executive Directors.
- Outstanding organisation and daily management skills.
- Ability to assist with medico-legal processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communications skills.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS Office and Adobe Suite of products.
- A high attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate, maintain and respect the requirement for confidentiality.
