Are you seeking a diverse Administration role? Join the Gippsland Local Health Service Network Team and become the next Gippsland Local Health Network Administration Officer.
The Gippsland Local Health Service Network is looking for one 0.6 - 0.8 FTE part-time Gippsland Local Health Network Administration Officer to join our team on a fixed-term basis until 30 June 2026.
About the role
The Administration Officer will work in partnership with the Executive Officer, Manager and broader team working for the Gippsland Local Health Service Network (GLHSN) and will co-ordinate administrative efforts of the team. The Administration Officer is a foundational role within the GLHSN that provides administrative support to the Executive Officer and broader team to progress large scale programs of work.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will be:
- Willing to work in team environment
- Able to meet competing and variable deadlines
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in word, excel and drafting of papers
- Ability to network
- Demonstrated organisational skills
- Ability to accurately record and transcribe minutes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to cope with changing priorities and be autonomous in a role.
