Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is currently seeking a dedicated Health Information Clerk to join the Health Information Unit on a part-time, ongoing basis of 0.9EFT.

 

The key responsibilities of the Health Information Clerk include, but are not limited to providing efficient and customer focused service through clerical, computer and reception duties and to support Health Information/Records storage and retrieval services for Latrobe Regional Health (LRH). 

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Competent in use of MS Office suite of products and client/patient computer systems, including data entry and use.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working in a busy environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Preferablly completed an administrative qualification e.g., Certificate III in Health Administration.
  • Experience in terminal digital filing.
  • Experience working with in-house software program Health Smart iPM.
  • Experience with scanning documents.
  • Experience working with medical records.
