About the role

Latrobe Regional Health is seeking an Administration Assistant for the Medical Workforce Unit. This position is on a full time, fixed term basis until early November 2025. 

 

The Medical Workforce Unit staff work together to deliver the full range of medical recruitment and administration support to LRH's Medical Practitioners, Clinical Directors and Executive Directors. 

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Experience in an organisation and administrative role. 
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or Pay Office role is desirable. 
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Administration or similar discipline. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Understanding and knowledge of medical workforce issues. 
  • Competent in the use of software such as Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Able to work and complete tasks independently.
