Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Payroll Officer to join our growing team on an ongoing, part time or full time basis. EFT to be discussed with the successful candidate. This position is a HS1 classification under the Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025.
The role of our Payroll Officer's is to provide a quality payroll service that ensures the accurate payment of wages and other conditions in accordance with employee statutory entitlements. The successful candidate will support the Pay Office team in providing accurate record management, leave management and undertaking a range of reconciliations and audits as required.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience in providing efficient administrative support.
- A thorough understanding and respect for confidentiality requirements.
- Previous SAP and Kronos Payroll experience is desirable.
- Previous Kronos Timekeeper experience is desirable.
- The ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work and participate well within a team environment.
- Flexibility and be adaptable.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and practices.
