Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for People & Culture Advisor to join our growing team on a full-time (1.0EFT) ongoing basis.
The People & Culture Advisor plays a key role in delivering high-quality operational and strategic HR services that support an engaged and capable workforce at LRH. Working closely with the People & Culture Business Partner, the advisor provides guidance, advice, and support to the managers and staff across a defined portfolio, contributing to positive workplace culture and effective organisational outcomes.

The role of the People & Culture Advisor is:
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on a broad range of human resource issues, including employee relations and workplace practices.
- Support the management of industrial relations matters, including building constructive relationships with unions and representatives.
- Assist in planning, developing, and delivering leadership training and professional development programs.
- Contribute to organisational initiatives such as employee engagement activities, surveys, and policy reviews.
- Support HR programs and projects, including workforce planning, reporting, and committee participation.
- Ensure HR advice and actions are compliant with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, and organisational policies.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Qualifications and/or experience in human resources with strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Demonstrated skills in employee relations, enterprise interpretation and generalist HR support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trusted relationships.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, cultural awareness, and fostering an inclusive relationship.
