Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist (Senior Clinician - Grade 3) to join our team on an ongoing, full-time, basis.


The role of the Senior Clinician Physiotherapist (Acute) is to coordinate the provision of Clinical Physiotherapy services to the acute units of LRH, including the Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Department/Short Stay Unit, acute and general medical, surgical and orthopaedic units. We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to lead the acute Physiotherapy team, who has specialist acute knowledge and skills, and experience in supervising and supporting the development of Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students. 

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent.
  • Full Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience in working in an acute hospital setting with relevant specialist skills. 
  • Experience in supervising and supporting the development of Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and Physiotherapy students. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
