Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) currently has Project Manager Network Transition position on a full-time fixed term basis until 30th September 2026.

 

The Project Manager – Network Transition offers a unique opportunity to lead a strategically significant ICT transformation across the health sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transition of ICT services as three GHA alliance members move to the Bayside Local Health Service Network (LHSN).

 

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to scope key activities, assess effort and cost, and develop a comprehensive, costed transition plan. A key focus will be facilitating the smooth flow of information, managing effective communication channels, and ensuring that stakeholder concerns are heard and addressed throughout the planning and transition process.

 

This role is ideal for a proactive and outcomes-driven project manager with a strong background in ICT who is ready to make a meaningful impact on health service delivery. Your expertise will help shape the future of digital infrastructure across multiple agencies and contribute to improved outcomes for the communities they serve.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in project management or demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT systems and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Experience in healthcare settings (desirable).
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices (desirable).
