Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Recruitment Officer to join our growing team on a part-time or full time ongoing.
The Recruitment Officer plays a key role in supporting workforce growth and service expansion by delivering responsive, contemporary recruitment solutions across the organisation. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this position partners with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, candidate attraction, interview coordination and onboarding support. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, a focus on candidate experience and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records while providing expert administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

The role of the Recruitment Officer is to:
- Partner with managers across LRH to coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a range of roles.
- Develop and deliver contemporary recruitment solutions, including drafting job advertisements, reviewing position descriptions and promoting roles through appropriate channels.
- Provide support to managers during shortlisting and interview processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including applications, visa status, qualification verifications and onboarding documentation.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding activities and prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, recruitment agencies and external partners, representing LRH at job seeker and attraction events when required.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Experience in recruitment, employee services, business administration or career development roles.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Ability to build, manage and sustain productive working relationships across an organisation and with external partners.
- Understanding of job‑seeker attraction, candidate experience and the benefits of promoting regional employment opportunities.
- Qualifications in Recruitment, Human Resource Management or Business Administration (desirable).
