Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) currently has Regional WBA Administration Officer position available to join our growing team on a full-time fixed term basis until 05th July 2026

Latrobe Regional Health is leading an exciting initiative to expand the Workplace Based Assessment (WBA) Program across Gippsland's rural and regional health services through a new Hub and Spoke model. We are seeking a motivated and organised Regional WBA Administration Officer to coordinate program delivery, support accreditation processes, and facilitate collaboration between multiple health services. This role is vital in supporting International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and strengthening Gippsland's medical workforce by ensuring the efficient administration of the WBA program, liaising with stakeholders, and managing program data and reporting.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Familiarity with Workplace Based Assessment programs or medical workforce training initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate complex workflows, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
