Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is currently seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Day Procedure Unit on an ongoing, part time basis. EFT is to be negotiated with the successful candidates.
LRH's Registered Nurses in our DPU, are to provide safe nursing care in line with our clinical and customer service standards. Our RN's support the delivery of safe and competent nursing care for all Perioperative patients and unite all LRH nurses as one team, embracing all difference and nurturing all strengths.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
- Current competency in Basic Life Support.
- Current competency in Advanced Life Support is desirable.
- Evidence of completion of a Graduate Program or Discovery Program is desirable.
- Evidence of recent professional development.
- Evidence of recent Surgical post-operative experience.
- Appropriate clinical skills and experience in specific area of nursing.
- Up to date with current best practice.
