Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking casual Service Desk Officers to join the team at GHA. These positions are on a casual basis.

 

Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, the Service Desk Officer will be part of the GHA ICT Operations and Support team which delivers ICT operational and Project Management support services to the CIO Office and GHA members.

The Service Desk Officer will be accountable for the effective delivery of the following services as a part of this role:

 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all GHA members and customers.
  • Triage, prioritise and collect all relevant call information.
  • Provide application and user administration support to GHA systems.
  • Maximise the GHA ROI via Service Desk promotion and usage.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of computer systems.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems.
  • ITIL Certifications and/or training is desirable.
  • Appropriate formal qualifications related to job responsibilities or relevant work experience is desirable.
