About the role
Are you an experienced Change Manager passionate about driving successful transformation in complex environments? Gippsland Health Alliance (GHA) is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people-focused aspects of the Regional PTM Project, supporting the rollout of SuccessFactors and other system, process, and organisational changes on a full-time fixed term basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and ensure alignment across operational units while contributing to the achievement of strategic project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the SuccessFactors rollout and broader project initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and deliver training to build capability and adoption.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, HR, IT, and operational units to ensure seamless integration of change activities.
- Identify risks, monitor change effectiveness, and implement targeted strategies to maximise engagement and minimise disruption.
- Support staff wellbeing, uphold LRH values, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, legislative requirements, and occupational health and safety standards.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Organisational Development, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute targeted change strategies to support adoption and capability building.
- Desirable: Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms, health sector experience, and certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
