Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SuccessFactors Test Administrator on a full-time fixed term basis until August 2026 to support the implementation and testing of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of a high-quality, functional, and reliable system across the organisation.

 

Reporting to the PTM Project Manager, the role will focus on test script development, coordination of testing activities, stakeholder engagement, and reporting outcomes to support a successful deployment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts across various SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing efforts, provide training to staff testers, and develop easy-to-follow user guides and walkthroughs.
  • Manage defect tracking, monitor testing progress, and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Act as the key liaison for testing-related communication, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and alignment with business requirements.

 

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have the ability to:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software testing, with at least 1–2 years specifically focused on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency with test automation tools and test management platforms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

 

Desirable qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
