Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Staff Wellbeing Centre Assistant / OVA Program Facilitator to join our growing team on a part-time fixed term until 27 December 2026.
This role is to support the delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives and occupational violence prevention strategies across LRH sites. This dual-role provides administrative and program coordination support for both the Wellbeing and OVA teams, helping to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive workplace for staff, students and volunteers.

The role of the Staff Wellbeing Centre Assistant / OVA Program Facilitator is:
- Coordinate and support health and wellbeing programs, including Wellness Wednesday sessions and outreach clinics.
- Assist with planning, evaluation, and reporting of OVA initiatives, including Code Grey/Black reviews.
- Maintain confidential staff wellbeing records and refer staff to appropriate support services.
- Organise education sessions and promotional materials for wellbeing and OVA programs.
- Develop feedback tolls and collate data to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external networks to enhance wellbeing engagement and safety.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel., PowerPoint).
- Strong time management and ability to work independently on complex tasks.
- Passion for supporting health and wellbeing in the workplace.
- Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams to achieve health outcomes.
- Occupational Health and Safety experience or health qualification (desirable).
