Omeo District Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Community Health Centre team as a Practice Nurse.

Working closely with our General Practitioner and multidisciplinary health team, the Practice Nurse provides high-quality, person-centred care to support patients to manage their health, chronic conditions and everyday wellbeing. The role encompasses a broad range of clinical activities including patient assessment and care planning, health education, chronic disease management, immunisation, wound care and other clinical treatments within the nurse’s scope of practice. 

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively and is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality care within a rural community. Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and demonstrate strong clinical, communication and organisational skills. Nurse Immuniser certification is also required, or a willingness to obtain the qualification.
