Part Time
48 hours per fortnight
(Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
ORH are seeking interest to fulfil the role of Executive Assistant. This position is to provide business support for the Director Community Services and Director Clinical & Aged Care Services; undertake project work as directed; and to support with Multi-Purpose Service statistical data.
Position overview and responsibilities:
- Provide business support to the Director Community Services and Director Clinical & Aged Care Services, as directed.
- Provide administrative support (including but not limited to: prepare agendas, attend and take minutes; seek reports; and follow up actions as required, coordination of Executive calendars, receptionist duties, etc)
- Experience with Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Publisher
