West Gippsland Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Andrews House facility in Trafalgar. In this newly created pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food, environmental and housekeeping services, supporting resident dignity and choice in everything we do.
Working closely with the Hotel Services Manager and Andrews House Facility Manager, you’ll lead a team of dedicated staff, providing coaching, guidance and hands-on support to ensure high service standards, audit readiness and compliance with all relevant aged care legislation. Your ability to manage people, think critically, and organise priorities will be key as you coordinate resources, maintain budgets, and support staff development across the department.
With your strong communication skills, keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you’ll foster a positive and productive team culture, ensuring all residents receive a clean, safe and respectful environment every day. You’ll also play a key role in quality assurance, reporting, project coordination, and performance management, while contributing to a workplace culture that values respect, leadership, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Our preferred candidates will have:
- Sound computer skills, including using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A thorough understanding and respect for confidentiality requirements.
- A current motor vehicle driver’s license.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading a team.
It is also desirable, but not essential, to have:
- Previous Experience within a hospital or aged care environment.
- Certificate III or above in Business, Health, Food, Cleaning or equivalent.
