In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, planning and evaluating care in partnership with consumers and families, and responding to clinical changes with confidence and professionalism. We’re looking for someone who brings sound clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a flexible, positive attitude. A current AHPRA registration is essential, along with a strong commitment to safe practice and continuous improvement.

Our preferred candidate will have:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• Demonstrated sound level of nursing skills and works within safe practice principles.      

The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous:

• Evidence of recent practice in acute or aged care
• Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.      

IMPORTANT: Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required prior to commencement.
