About the role 

We currently have several full time, part time or casual positions available across multiple shifts for Registered Nurses (RN’s) to join our friendly and passionate team. Our unique multi-purpose setup means you’ll have lots of variety in your role as there are a range of areas you can be working in within our health service. The primary function of this role will be to provide excellent person-centred care to our valued residents, ensuring they have the best chance at living a happy and fulfilling life! 

 

About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll need the ability to:

• Relevant qualifications as a Registered Nurse. 
• Current AHPRA registration.
• A genuine passion about ensuring the dignity of our patients/residents.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing contemporary clinical practice. 
• A strong commitment to providing individualist and patient-centred care.
• Desire to regularly undertake continuing professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Excellent computer skills and experience using clinical IT systems (iPM and Manad would be advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal.
• A basic understanding of ACFI, Aged Care Quality Standards or The National Safety and Quality Health Service standards.
